1. What we provide
BabsTech LLC offers self-service and guided cybersecurity assessments, gap analysis, vendor risk questionnaires, security awareness training, and phishing simulations. Our deliverables include reports, remediation plans, and risk registers based on the information you provide.
2. Using the service
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site and services only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access data that does not belong to you, or interfere with the site's operation.
3. Payments and refunds
Paid assessments are billed at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you believe you were charged in error or did not receive the service you purchased, contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve it.
4. What the reports are — and are not
Our reports are designed to help you understand risk and prioritize remediation. They are advisory in nature and do not guarantee compliance, certification, or that no security incident will occur. Every business is responsible for implementing the controls that fit its environment.
5. Intellectual property
The BabsTech name, logo, website content, and report templates belong to BabsTech LLC. You may use the reports we generate for your own internal business purposes and to share with customers, insurers, or partners as needed. You may not resell or redistribute the platform content itself.
6. Limitation of liability
BabsTech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
